INVICTUS d.o.o. handles your personal data in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), applying appropriate physical and technical security measures to protect personal data from unauthorized access, misuse, disclosure, loss or destruction.

Procedures and methods for handling personal data, as well as the physical and technical security measures, are defined in accordance with GDPR requirements through the company’s Information Security Policy, internal regulations, and the company’s GDPR Policy.

INVICTUS d.o.o. respects and protects the privacy of its users, safeguards the confidentiality of your personal data, and prevents access to or disclosure of your personal data to any third party, except to its employees and the company’s Processors who require such data to carry out business activities related to their job responsibilities. Your personal data cannot be disclosed to third parties without your prior explicit consent, except in cases explicitly required by law. The Data Controller of your personal data is the registered office of INVICTUS d.o.o., located at Alojza Vulinca 37, HR-43240 Čazma.

At any time, you may access your personal data being processed and request correction, modification or supplementation of the data by post sent to the company address or by email at: gdpr@invictus-cazma.hr

Your processed data will be stored for a period of six (6) months, after which they will be automatically deleted according to the procedures stipulated in the company’s GDPR Policy.
